Scott Moorhead

Scott founded Aperto One in November 2016 and is a lead figure in the changing media industry supporting the market's leading advertisers.
He has 15 years’ experience in media planning and investment across all channels: both offline and digital.
Scott is a respected media practitioner and digital strategist; an expert in all things digital, data, programmatic, social and mobile.

Avril Gallagher
Senior Consultant

Avril has a wealth of agency experience having worked with some of the world's leading advertisers in both a local and global leadership capacity. Most recently, Avril led global accounts building solutions across multiple markets. She has a passion for marketing and how it contributes to brand growth. Avril understands that strong capabilities are key to helping brands grow.

Elliot Parkus
Client M.D.

Elliot joined Aperto One from Dentsu Aegis where he was Client MD. Before that he held senior positions at network agencies Havas and Publicis, and at a number of independent agencies.
He has over 25 years of experience across a large and diverse range of client brands both in the UK and globally, including Camelot, Samsung, BMW, Royal Mail, Heineken, Porsche, Dominos, TSB and BT.

Paul Holman
Senior Consultant

Paul has 20 years of experience working in 3 of the big agency networks – Omincom, GroupM and Havas – providing client leadership on a wide range of sectors, including finance.
Paul has also previously worked client side and can therefore provide invaluable insight into how both agencies and clients operate.

Holly Todd
Project Manager / Consultant

Holly has over 12 years’ experience within media agencies. Her advertiser experience spans a diverse range of verticals; from leading financial services and telecoms, to charities, publishing and start-ups.
Holly started her career planning & buying all offline media, before carving this knowledge into a more strategic, cross-platform role.
A dedication to best practice has always underpinned her work, leading her to have most recently held a senior management position to drive this across all aspects of advertiser & agency ways of working.
